Non-NHS Services
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following: 
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Passport signing
- Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
Our reception staff will be happy to advise you about our fees along with appointment availability.
All forms with patient questionnaires must be filled out and signed if applicable by the patient before they will be accepted by the Practice. Examples are: DVA medical forms, pre-employment forms and armed forces applications.
The Practice does not offer an identification certification service including driving licence or passport application ID verification.
The Practice does not offer supporting letters for Blue Badge applications. We are happy to fill out the relevant forms when the Blue Badge Department write to us with your consent.
We do not offer appointments for patients who are not eligible for NHS services, such as some overseas patients. Appointments for private GP appointments can be made via www.belfastprivategp.com or www.belfastprivategp.com/consultations.
