Before asking for a phone call please check with the Receptionist if they can help you with your enquiry - sometimes this would be more appropriate.
If you need to speak to a Dr you may request a call back by phoning Reception between 10.30am and 11.00am.
Please give the Receptionist as much information as possible in regard to what your query relates to. This will enable the Dr to prioritise their calls and to ensure they have all the information they need to reply to your query. If the Dr has enough information before he speaks with you he can deal with your call more effectively.
We will do our best to let you speak to the Dr of your choice but it may not always be possible.
